About Dr. Milne

Introduction

Dr. Milne graduated from St. Andrew's University in Scotland before coming to Canada in 1967. Where he set up a general practice in Brantford Ontario. In 1970, Dr. Milne graduated
from the University of Manitoba with a Masters in Orthodontics.
